LOVE STUCK at Obus
1 March 2009 Paper collages made after hurtful scenarios, dates gone wrong, conversations and vulnerabilty shared. Made also while being alone in a a hotel room in Philadelphia with limited art materials but a nervous energy and enquiry into experieinces in long distance relationships, and disfunction while overseas. These works continue my interest in topics like how a girls ‘goes on their own’ or how do we function in states of singledom or lone travel through life, and can it be funny?
